Great experience! The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. We went on their Holiday Express train ride with Santa. I had made a mistake on our train times and they gladly had our tickets waiting for the next train. Big shout out to Kyle! I appreciate that you took the time and had the concern to accommodate us, even though it was my mistake.
Very enjoyable train ride. Good train ride for younger children (only last about an hour and a half). Will definitely return.

Great experience,except no heat in our coach. I would call and ask specifically about that if you're considering.Ride through barren fields, so not scenic. Depot has small museum and a few souvenirs, just enough to get the kids a memento.
Everyone we came in contact with had a smile and we're great with children.
