If I could leave less than one star, I would. I really like this company's product, but it is impossible to get in touch with someone if you need them. I left 4 voice messages over the course of a week and a half when requesting "tech support", along with no less than a dozen attempted calls that end in a dead-end loop, ONLY to call in yet again, and be told that it was my fault no one had called me back because I wasn't asking for the same person specifically each time. I DON'T KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEE ROSTER FFS!
Called company 4 times on two different days to buy parts. No one will pick up the phone. Need to reorganized phone tree to hold longer.
They blame the issue on being purchased by Fox, and that it had been that way for 7 months... if you're being backed by that much capital from a successful company, HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
