My stay was pleasant. I made a last minute reservation the night of. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was exceptional. I wish it was a bit cheaper, since I've stayed in nicer hotels for less than here, but the service and cleanliness was the redeeming quality for me. The rooms are on the older side, but they were cleaned well, and cozy and homey. They also had an indoor pool, indoor playset, game room, and gym.
Have stayed at the Quality Inn at Coldwater several times over the years. Always a good experience, clean lobby & hallways, room was clean and great fluffy comforter that smelled fresh (King room). Clean pool and large central lounge area, breakfast is always good - Real waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruits, cereals, apple, orange, and some other juice I can't remember, coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24 hrs.
Staff was great!! Room was clean, breakfast was kept well stocked & area was kept neat and clean. Kids loved the pool, ping pong, arcade & climbing area!
GREAT place well maintained and clean, very professional staff Abe and the front desk were excellent for my daughter's party they were very busy but still was able to help at anytime needed. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
It's Quality Inn now. We have been coming here for birthday parties since Hunter turned one years old, 16 yrs. I have never been more disappointed
