Poor service , never got order correct. They shipped missing parts to my home and now have lost them! Drive to another store this one is very poor! Ordered May 27th as of today still not delivered they claim May 20th or after on a non back ordered part.
We were parked 10' away from him. Richard said "I can't leave this spot". Seriously, you over charge us at this counter and cant help us. Wont buy from there again. What has happened to customer service.
I can always find what I need. Someone is usually right there if I need assistance.
Went to buy plants for the sale they had going on. Went through check out and thought...the plants didn't cost that much. Went back up to register and the checkout clerk (Richard) said "You need to go to the service center." We had a trunk load of plants and he wanted us to take back out and go to front of store.
Home Depot is over priced on most things. Menard's is a much better store on price and variety
