Fortitude has a great community of athletes and coaches. Coaches are able to scale workouts for all fitness levels. Athletes are never made to feel inferior to another. The culture is positive and encouraging trying to allow everyone to achieve their personal best.
In the past year Fortitude Crossfit has made a huge difference in my life! At 53 years old I am in better shape then I ever have been. I like that I can walk into the box and have a workout already planned out for me and the constant supervision of great coaches. Fitness and fun at 5 A.M.!!:)
