Regardless of what anyone says, they are a great shop. The final quote was less than the original quote, by $100. They did mess up the pulley which ruined the belt, and this happened after I went out of town. BUT they paid for it to be fixed at a different shop, in full. You don't find service, or people that value their work more than these people. This is my new shop.
Took over 2 months to fix my car and original quote was 2 weeks, not to mention it had to be taken back twice to get it right!?!?! Also the bill was over $2500 more than the "verbal" quote... which they refused to honor. Don't waste your time, money, or dignity by allowing them to even look at your car!!
They had my business for a long time due to a friendship with my mother, but never again.
