Loved the car I got (2015 Chrysler 200) It was clean, well maintained and ready to go. Megan L. at the Coldwater location had everything ready when I picked up the car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even got my deposit back in a timely manner. Planning on renting from them again next month!
I was recently in an accident. Totaled the car. I was about 20 minutes away from Enterprise, and it was 4:45. I called ahead, and even though they close at 5:00, I was assured they would wait for me. I was able to get a $200 dollar cab ride from Tekonsha to Enterprise, where they promised I would be able to rent a car. Not only did they close, as I ran out of the cab, the Enterprise employee helped another customer into their rental, and left the office. They walked right past me, after assuring me I could get a car, and closed.
Wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst enterprise service I ever had. I reserved a car online last night. The conformation email stated my rental car was switched to Indiana. I called first thing this morning and again 45 minutes later. Never received a call back. I left a message stating the urgency of an out of town doctors appointment hoping to hear back soon. A third call back finnaly was answered. The lady said that I would have to rent the car for 5 days not just the one day needed and originally reserved. Look elsewhere for a rental in Coldwater!

I understand, no one wants to work late on a Friday. But it would have been ten minutes. Will never rent from Enterprise again. They will not pick you up.
