Very happy with the service department. Art Hackert is a fantastic mechanic. Dustin, with customer service, is helpful and kind. Service manager took the time to meet with me and go over all work that was completed.
Huge shout out to the Dark haired lady in service(sorry I didn't catch her name)today I was passing thru Coldwater on my to Indy. My wiper fluid wouldn't come out and my hood wouldn't completely latch..with the Snow storm I was about to drive into I was very uneasy with the two not functioning. The service dept got me right in with a turn around time of 20 mins and I was back on the road! Amazing Service and kindness shown in a pinch. Thank you Cole Ford Lincoln!
